Marty joined the firm in 1996. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Wartburg College in 1996. He obtained his CPA certificate in 1999.

Marty is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants, serving on the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants' Public and Professional Relations Committee, and is a licensed CPA in Iowa and Illinois.
