- Negotiate agreements on behalf of either Wireless Providers or Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLECs) with Regional Bell Operating Companies and large ILECs.
FCC and State Filings
- Assist with rate case filings.
- Prepare compliance filings, including annual reports and FCC Form 499.
- Assist with competitive eligible telecommunications carriers and federal universal service funds filings.
- Prepare or respond to complaints before regulatory agencies.
- Assist with regulatory requests.
- Advocate and advise on policy issues, such as universal service, access reform, and local competition, before regulatory agencies.
- Assist established CLECs with regulatory and Intercarrier issues.
