Each office is unique in its number of employees, number of Partners, average age and other cultural demographics. This variety breeds a cohesive strength that can only be achieved through the assimilation of multiple perspectives and diversified backgrounds.

Although each office is a bit different, we all share similar cyclical work cycles given the public accounting industry in which we operate. For our accounting staff, a high-level overview of their year looks like this:
January - March
Travel 80%, exclusively in-state and surrounding states, with Colorado being the exception.
Audit work for most accounting staff including preparing financial statements, with others focusing on Tax.
April - May
In the office, mostly finishing tax work and cleaning up audits before lock-down.
June - August
Project work and completing tax work within extension deadlines for corporations, non-profits, partnerships, and S-Corps. Vacations.
September - December
Pre-audits. Perform audits for September 30th year-end clients. Planning, inventory observations, and preliminary audit trips for December 31st year-end clients.
