Associate Accountant
- Responsible for assisting accounting staff by performing controllership and bookkeeping services for clients, preparing work papers, and entering data for computer applications.
- Associate Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Perform controllership and bookkeeping services for clients.
Accountant
- Perform audit, tax, and/or accounting procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
- Demonstrate ability to apply principles of accounting to analyze and prepare financial information.
- Proven customer service skills.
Senior Accountant
- Guide the performance of designated audit engagement plans. Instruct and supervise staff assigned to an engagement and evaluate the quality of their work. Perform audit, tax, and/or accounting procedures.
- Knowledge and skills acquired through bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrate ability to apply principles of accounting to analyze and prepare financial information.
- Establish and maintain client relationships; includes periodic assistance with routine accounting issues.
- Ensure working papers are accurate, review financial statements, and prepare and obtain approval on audit reports.
Supervising Senior
- Guide the performance of audit engagement plans. Instruct and supervise staff assigned to an engagement and evaluate the quality of their work. Perform audit, tax, and/or accounting procedures.
- Knowledge and skills acquired through bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
- Advanced knowledge of principles of accounting.
- Assist in developing and directing the performance of the engagement plan.
- Ensure working papers are complete and accurate, review financial statements, and prepare and obtain approval on reports.
- Review tax planning and returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations.
- Prepare financial forecasts and assist consulting division with projects.
Manager
- Manage the performance of audit engagements and supervise engagement team. Examine and analyze client accounting records to determine the financial status of the organization and review appropriate financial reports.
- Knowledge and skills acquired through bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in supervising staff, providing objective feedback, identifying development opportunities, and resolving personnel issues.
- Experience in identifying client needs and in developing and maintaining client relationships.
Senior Manager
- Manage the performance of audit engagements and supervise engagement team. Examine and analyze client accounting records to determine the financial status of the organization and review appropriate financial reports.
- Actively seek new business ventures for the Firm by identifying potential new clients and selling other firm services to existing clients.
- Knowledge and skills acquired through bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
- Must possess CPA certification.
- Experience in supervising staff, providing objective feedback, securing new development opportunities, and resolving personnel issues.
- Experience in identifying client needs and in developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Mastery of principles of accounting.
Telecommunications Consultant
- Research and answer client and staff questions. Advise clients on business strategies, opportunities, and state and federal regulatory issues.
- Knowledge and experience usually acquired through a bachelor's degree in a business- or telecommunications-related field.
- Understanding of telecommunications and regulatory issues.
- Knowledge of Federal and State Universal Service issues.
- Knowledge of local exchange competition, access charge reform, and cross-subsidy analysis.
Human Resources Consultant
- Plan, direct, and implement human resources functions to the Firm and clients.
- Knowledge and experience usually acquired through a bachelor's degree in a human resources related field or equivalent work experience.
- At least five years experience with employee relations, recruiting, policy development, benefits administration, and/or other human resources functions.
- Experience conducting needs assessments and identifying/implementing appropriate solutions.
Network Administrator
- Manage the Firm's network infrastructure and serve as member of the Technology Committee. Complete technical projects for external clients.
- Maintain, monitor, and upgrade all aspects of Firm infrastructure including LAN/WAN, servers, workstations, and telephones.
- Knowledge and experience usually acquired through a bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
- At least three years experience with LAN/WAN and computer technologies; routers; switches; firewalls; server; workstation technologies; and/or site-to-site VPN.
- Experience conducting needs assessments and identifying/implementing appropriate solutions.
Administrative Assistant
- Provide administrative support to staff. Assist clients by phone or in person.
- Knowledge and skills usually acquired through an associate's degree in office administration or equivalent work experience.
- At least two years of experience in an administrative support role including using multi-line phone systems and creating/editing reports or other documents.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Computer literacy including an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat products.
