Bruce joined Kiesling Associates LLP from a position with Ernst & Young
LLP, where in addition to utilities, he served businesses in the manufacturing,
service, and transportation fields.
Bruce received Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting (1969) and Business
Education (1972) from Truman State University. He obtained his CPA certificate
in 1976, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants (AICPA), the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants
(WICPA), and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA).
Bruce has served on several industry committees including an AICPA Utility
Committee Task Force, the OPASTCO Separations, Access, and USOA Committee, its
Broadband and Wireless Committee, and the RCA Finance and Accounting Committee.
He has also served as an instructor at a number of telephone association and
electric seminars.
